Refund policy

We offer a 30‑day return policy.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Return address will be provided once your return request is approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us immediately so we can fix it.

EU 14‑day cooling‑off periodIf your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
